Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

Perishable food items

Opened consumables (e.g., toner, glue, or writing paper)

Custom-ordered furniture or uniforms

Personal care items (if applicable)
Return Process
To request a return:

Contact our support team via phone or email within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for return.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping or delivery unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
Items returned without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer).

If the product was purchased via cash on delivery, we’ll request your preferred refund method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a delivery error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
